                               1. Use of personal computers and electronic services at the Derby Neck Library is  
                                    free of charge.
                               2. All users must have basic computer skills.
                               3. Patrons must sign in at the Circulation Desk to use computers. 
                               4. Patrons are asked to limit computer time to 30 minutes to allow others an equal
                                   opportunity for access.
